Can I join a group session for online teaching?
Yes you can. Our online classes are either 1-1 or small groups of no more than 4 students. Contact us for more information on how to arrange this.
Do the staff at Mr L's have up to date relevant DBS certificates?
Yes, all staff have Enhanced DBS certificates.
Is Mr L a qualified teacher?
Yes, Mr L has Qualified Teacher Status - QTS. For more information go to the About page
What age are your students.
We write resources for, and teach, Key Stages 2, 3, 4, and 5. We have also helped graduate and postgraduate students. We want to help as many students as possible at all ages and stages.
How do I receive my resources?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the download link/s for your resources. The link is valid for 30 days.
How is my 1-1 teaching session arranged?
All 1-1 online lessons must be booked via the calendar on our website. Once you've chosen a date, you will be taken to the payment section where you booking will be completed. You will then receive a
Can I book more that one 1-1 online teaching session?
Yes, you can book as many sessions as you want.
How do I pay?
We accept Debit/Credit cards, ApplePay, PayPal.

Do you offer commercial rates?
We offer group discounts for commercial enterprises when there are more than 5 students to be taught.

How do your Learning Vouchers work?
Once you have purchased a Learning Voucher, you will receive a code to use on our website. Codes will be valid for 6 months.
